GOING-GOING-GONG: Interactive Gong Experience!

Join us Saturday, July 4 for GOING-GOING-GONG, a unique interactive sound experience presented by Canadensis Garden and Mixed Metaphors as part of the DOME-OCRACY Interactive Music Series and Ottawa 200.

Taking place inside the geodesic dome at Canadensis Garden, GOING-GOING-GONG transforms the space into an immersive sound environment featuring suspended gongs that respond to movement and participation.

Visitors can play the gongs directly using mallets or simply move through the installation and discover how motion can become music. The experience encourages exploration, creativity, listening, and play.

Created by artists Jesse Stewart and Matt Edwards of Mixed Metaphors, GOING-GOING-GONG is designed for visitors of all ages and requires no musical experience.
